We have a hosting company and want to sell SSL with a cheap price. Can we resale Positive SSL to our customers by purchasing from Namecheap? Their price is $9.95 and does not required any deposit and I could not find cheaper solution on the Web.

have you contacted them about it? I wasn't even aware that they allowed you to resell their SSL certs. but it is definitely cheap

I'm not sure if namecheap allows you to do exactly what you want but as far as credibility goes, namecheap is one of the best out there and they have a very nice interface.
