allReseller - incompetence

Posted by wacks, 04-24-2009, 11:07 AM
Well, I do not know where to start. I purchased a reseller package and I see that they have a bad technical support. Decided to cancel the service due to a insatisfaction. I request the refund, they told me that could only be done 30 days after cancellation. Already spent nearly half a month and I have not returned the money, and not even want to answer my questions. Pure incompetence and theft from an ISP.

Hm, that's unfortunate then. There isn't much you can do at this point but to wait for your money back. Hopefully they will eventually refund it as promised. Keep us updated on the situation. Best Wishes

They should not delete the ticket, but by the sounds of it I say its going no where and just to move on and find yourself a better host that you are happy with.

You can dispute it with your CreditCard Company (or PayPal if you went that way)

Posted by JLHC, 04-27-2009, 10:39 PM
Did you open multiple tickets regarding the same issue? Otherwise I see no reason for them to delete your ticket.

He's right you should call your bank or credit card company and dispute the item not as FRAUD but as a merchant dispute, then the bank will try and get ahold of the merchant and if they are un-successful then they will usually instantly refund your money I had to do this at the Planet when they banned me they dinged my card 18 days early to make sure they got more $$$ before they turned off my boxes. I OPENED A DISPUTE AND GOT MY $$ BACK 2 DAYS LATER!

I joined the service on 12/03/2009, meanwhile asked for the cancellation, they promised me a refund, so far not received anything. And whenever I open a ticket to request the refund, they delete it without responding. This indeed is a tremendous lack of jurisdiction. I appeal to all those who have intentions of joining the allreseller.com that if they do, it is a waste of time. It seems that we are dealing with children. Best regards to all

So you started hosting with them on 12/03/2009 and you had to cancel with them before 12/04/2009 to get a refund, right? And as per their policies you must get a refund maximum within 12/05/2009. So time limit is over by their own policies. But one or two things may need clarification. Have you done the cancellation through the correct procedure. Another one , did you got a response for your very first refund request ticket. It seems you have opened so many tickets on the same issue as others said. That might be the reason for closing/deleting your tickets. But I could not understand why they did not provide you a refund. If any one from their side can tell the other side of the story it will be better. Keep us updated if you get this issue solved.

Have your tried contacting them by other means other than a support ticket, such as telephone? You may also try emailing them directly, they may have a faulty support system without being aware of it.

I asked for the refund through a ticket as usual. I waited the 30 days they said to wait, they said they had made the refund and to date not received anything. I open the ticket to ask it and they delete them

I was with them for a few weeks and they stole my money not too long ago as well. pathetic bunch of scammers tbh.

Since they said they will offer it after 30 days you should have taken action if they didnt. Contact your bank, paypal (by phone is recommended).

hello panda, you're giving advice about scams? if you've just cheated me too? I followed your advice I have already contacted paypal to get back my money I gave you Congratulations !!!!

Isn't the refund within 30 days and not after 30 days? I can't see anywhere that it says you have to wait 30 days - that would be pretty weird for any host's policy. But if you joined in March and are requesting a refund now I'm not sure why you'd think you were entitled to that?
