Hello, I only speak french. Since Wednesday Veridianhosting.com site no longer works. I just paid $ 330 for one year My hosting does not work. I can not make contact. Do you know something? Can you help me? Thanks

This is the reason why you don't need to pay yearly. You should go for monthly only until you tested them for many months already.

Thank you for your help. It does not answer the phone. I have already tried. It was more me than I was at had. They offered me to pay for one year. They made me a discount!

You can open a PayPal dispute. You might be able to recover your money from PayPal.

Well I will tell you my experience with veridianhosting. I have more that 8 months with veridian, and in the first month i pay only for a month and the server works fine, and then a take yearly package, and the problem starts 2-3 months ago, when the server was down for a week. They had online support but 2-3 months ago the support was offline, and since then is offline. I contact Shneur Goldstein because i have his phone, about 15-20 times and a get his wife, and after a week the server start to works. I said was a problem how will not apair again, but how its seems this veridianhosting is nothing more then a very bad server with very bad owner. Sorry for my English but i thing you got the idea. If is anything that can do to bright down the owner and the server(after we get our dates) tell me because i want part of this. Stefan from Romania.

Wow that's really unfortunate, and it's a brutal sin for providers to do this for ppl, just goes to show how inmportant it is to do research on rproviders, from many sources, or at least for future decisions id always pay for a less increment to test the out, if there there for you month to month for a bit chances are betterthat you can rely on them, best of luck in future!

A quick Google search reveals some unfavorable reviews for this company. Always make sure to read reviews on a company before going with them, and ALWAYS host with them for a few months and read reviews on them and look at the long term picture when paying for a quarter, half year, or full year.

Shame to hear of your situation. Hopefully you can at least get your data. Definitely do some browsing on these forums. Most of the active providers here have good reputations and you can always ask for reviews prior to ordering. Best of luck with your next provider.

Seems that veridian hosting has left this business... I've tried to get in touch with them - without any success also . comeback, google cache says that the their page is not available from Jul 15, 2009 . We can get our data, i jest wait that Shneur to make server able and backup dates. I have a backup for all my website but they are kind of old(1 month). Hope to can save my last information from that server. Best Regards Stefan

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. It's always difficult to know if you should pay annually (yearly) or monthly. I really hope you do not get discourage and because of this unfortunate situation you stir away from web hosting companies. The next time you purchase web hosting or any online solution for that matter make sure you research. WHT is a great tool you can use to research feedback in regards to that certain company.

Sorry to hear about your situation and I wish you luck in finding a good hosting company. There are a few shady ones out there, so always do research and if something looks too good to be true treat it with caution. Also never pay yearly unless it's with a company you trust and a company whose services you have tried for a length of time.

It's great that Iweb brought the server online for a short period to help clients get their data. That doesn't happen a lot.

Yes That was a good thing, but we have the bad thing that the server is down, for us, clients, ho payed for a full year. But is OK that we got our dates .
