What you can do is set up a VPS in US and install third party VPN software like HMA.

If you are not sure how to set up it then I would suggest you to purchase a ready made HMA installed VPS from VPS provider. Now a days many VPS providers provide VPS with ready made HMA installed and configured. You should also do basic sales inquiry before purchasing that you wish to set up your things like this.

I am in the process of making a private proxy on a VPS right now, but your enterprise is different: what you are looking for is to set-up a tunnel. Have a look at stunnel.org
