Which country must be located the server in? Would you like a good ping to which country?

Country will make no difference, the most important feature is to have professional support who can give us real assistance to migrate from the old host to the new one. WE have suffered poor support before that's why very keen to have a host with capable support team. Rgds A.Badawi

Is that in reference to Bluewho, or to some other host you've used in the past?

Many of us (providers) will help you migrate your customers for free. Some I've seen charge a pretty reasonable fee (cheap). I'd suggest finding a hosting provider that you would like to go with, and then drop them a note or find on their site if they do free migrations. As a provider myself, my thinking usually stands with a little bit of work to make the transition easier is a good investment of time and other providers I will bet think the same thing. Good luck with your search.

are you using 10gb of space? or do you have 10gb of space at your current host? if it's the latter, how much are you actually using? If you go by how much you actually need you will end up saving a lot of money in the long run. And since you use cpanel, most providers will be willing to migrate you without a fee. However you should always ask the individual hosting provider to be sure because you don't want to buy the hosting and then find out they won't help you.

Now a day reseller hosting is very common and you can ez-ly get one. Go for small or medium range hosting provider where we believe the support always faster. with 20USD/Month, you can get a good offer.

Well it sounds like your primary concern is to find a host with good support. Find a few hosts you like and then test their support by chatting with them on live chat or submitting a ticket and wait for a response.
