| Hello,
I am getting this error on my website since last few days and not sure if it is problem from browser, ISP or some settings on the server?
Please do let me know if you have any idea about it.

Also please try to load the site using any proxy sites like anonymouse.org
If the problem persist then please contact your hosting provider.

| I guess it may be due to your IP block in the server. Are you able to access your website, cpanel or webmail.
It would be good, if you can show the tracert results to us.
Start --> cmd --> tracert domainname

| No it's not the issue of IP being blocked on the server because the website is working fine, like if I browse 15 pages the error will appear around 3-4 times. and on refresh the page works.

| this is problem from your isp contact isp they will solve your issue.
