1) ResellerZoom and WebhostingBuzz are the bigger companies 2) No host is better , every host will be suitable for your needs. Research the forums regarding the above companies, contact their sales staff, and you will form a good idea about each company.

Try search on http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php to find the reviews that made about them. It will be help that you see which one is better. But I recommend Hostdime or Surpasshosting if you are looking for a reliable reseller hosting.

It really depends on your needs/bandwidth/space/features etc

Id search around the forums , and maybe also use the find a host button at the top.

Don't forget to take into consideration the number of end-user accounts you need now, as well as your projected needs. You'll want a reseller account that can grow with you.

Im glad to see that are actually thinking about your clients when it comes to their hosting needs and so forth. All I could recommend is that you go with a service that is affordable to you (i do not mean cheap ) and that they are able to provide you with the necessary knowledge to provide to your clients ( if you intend on providing support for these clients as well)

Take a hard look at historical data about the host on the web. You clients will judge you based on the level of servive your host provides.

Very very bad experience with resellerzoom. AVOID! I was on failover reseller package. Very slow so they recommended me to take VPS and it was total nightmare. Breakdown after breakdown. Their standard answer was always heavy load on server node. 99% of the time the fault was in their system. Twice they lost the DNS file / data of my a.c and thus for many hours my sites were down. In a process of leaving them now. I think I will write a detail review in VPS section. Currently I have VPS at Knownhost and they are excellent so far!!

Failover is Resellerzoom most expensive plan which is supposed to be the best hosting package in terms of performance & uptime. If they are aware of heavy load, they should have action to move websites to different server to reduce the load.

I must agree with cybernet. I've had bad experiences with Resellerzoom also and would not recommend them. PremiumHost is right that if a server is heavily loaded, they should do something to reduce the load. But the admins at Resellerzoom never did, or took a long time to do it. It always seemed like it was the customers fault for something that happened when in the end it was wrong on their side. Most times they didn't even acknowledge it was their fault, no apology, no explanation, nothing. I've since moved to Innohosting and am a very satisified customer. . Good luck in finding a host.

They are both bigger companies but i think mocha host is also pretty reliable.

As far as finding a good host, most hosts will probably be able to take care of you. The difference is going to be in their support and how well they can take care of you. I think before you sign up anywhere, you should send a note into their support and feel out how well they answer any questions you have, and how fast they respond. For a budget of 15/mo you can probably find a small reseller plan nearly anywhere that will allow you to grow.

Arbet said is right, you should know what your clients need it and then you can find the better hosting for your clients.
