If you just want to delete spam emails, it will be difficult. The best way is to update you clients to download all emails using email clients. As far I know there is no tool available that can only delete spam emails from the inbox.

There is no tool available to delete only spam emails. The best you can do is to download all the emails to local machine via email client and then recreate email account.
