WHM/CPanel Reseller

Posted by anjanesh, 01-05-2010, 02:06 AM
My friend wants Reseller hosting ASAP. Budget $10-$20 a month. 10GB space, 100GB BW for now Preferred control panel : WHM/CPanel Most of some good providers out are proving multi-domain hosting but arent providing reselling - like MediaTemple, LiquidWeb, WebFaction, MediaLayer etc. The only famous Resellers I could think of are HostGator and HostPC. Any others ?

There are several other reseller hosting providers. Browse through the Reseller Hosting Offers section and then search for reviews on WHT: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=130 Does your friend have any other specific requirements? Such as end-user support, billing system, etc. Last edited by HighLayer; 01-05-2010 at 03:36 AM.

Hi WHM/Cpanel is a great system, from the providers you mentioned, are you after a US provider?

Are you looking for a spefic location? Also We can not post offers here but do check out the Reseller's Hosting offers. Many providers these days do offer WHM/cPanel.

Pretty straightforward request for Reseller hosting.. many hosts should be able to accommodate your needs. GeekStorage, HawkHost, InnoHosting and many others. Just be sure to check in with each potential host and make sure it matches what you want.

Location of server not important as of now. But proximity of the company would help. Forgot abt GeekStorage - how good are they when compared to medialayer, webfaction, mediatemple etc ? Came across IdeaStack. Ani idea abt these guys ?

If Im going for a provider from India, then I would like it to have a phone number listed for sales / support. How do you manage to provide 800GB space and unlimited BW at $35 a month ?

You should assume that you're supposed to use a small portion of the quota, for example 80GB space and a few hundred GBs bandwidth. You will get into trouble if you really use say 400GB space 1000 GB bandwidth, either some TOS violation or the host would ask you to upgrade to dedicated server.
