Can bandwidth usage be limited to servers by using below switches? dell-powerconnect-2800-series

If anything, you can probably change the port speed to 10/100/1000 Mbps.. I doubt much else, but you should ask. This is largely an unmanaged switch, but you can enable a web interface on them http://www.dell.com/us/business/p/powerconnect-2800/pd
