Hello, Does anyone know of a good reseller hosting company who provides End user technical, Sales & Billing support. I know Innohosting does but is there anyone else. I want sales & billing end user support as well.! If the host includes sub reseller features, that would be perfect.! We have over 60 resellers + 350 CPanel accounts!

subreseller feature calls for a master reseller plan - personally I'm not a fan of them. If you want to offer resellers I'd recommend you either get a VPS or Dedicated server. As for resellers offering end user support, I know only of innohosting. Not sure if they'll handle sales and billing as well. And the amount of accounts you currently have calls for a dedicated server. I wouldn't recommend stacking them on any reseller account. And you should hire individuals for those sales and billing support, most end user supports from hosts are only for tech support.

I think there are a couple more than innohosting (and innohosting does sales and billing if I remember correctly), but I don't remember the other host's names. Not much help I know. As for sub-reseller accounts, I'm with njoker555, and don't recommend them and I know Inno doesn't offer such a beast. Last edited by hD-Scott; 01-10-2010 at 03:30 PM.

You are 100% correct Scott.. Our End user support does include Sales/Billing enquiries as the reseller fills in a company profile which we then use to answer the Sales/Billing queries

Most hosts do not support their reseller clients (End Users), Hosts will general support the end user if the support requests come from the reseller and not the end user of that reseller, It is how I have seen it. Though I would not be surprised if Webhosting Companies actually charge to support this option.

I find their costs to be expensive with the industry trends... If they were to give me double the space n bandwidth on those plans for what we pay, I'd signup right away! Looks like this niche is being dominated for IH.! ! biz idea lol

Can you offer any special discounts? Do you do custom packages? I really think you need to make it easier for people to contact you from your site. When I tried to send a sales ticket, i got a error saying I was unregistered. Why not put a simple callback or mini contact form on all links?

It might be a mis-configuration, Within WHMCS you can set the departments to only receive tickets by actual clients or by both. Generally Sales tickets are both and billing are for clients only
