Hi, some mother____ hacked my server and screwed up everything on it because of a stupid mistake made by some management company, which will talk about it in a different post!!! they left behind shell scripts and malicious files that allow them to enter again and again.. the management company said that they thoroughly checked the files and backups: NOTHING THERE ALL CLEAN!! and they did this three times already! while I manually caught more than 50 of them! I have separated each site to its own VPS instead of putting them back together on the same server and closed all services, Plesk, ssh, ftp.. but they came back and destroyed each and every one of them.. are there any professional company that offer security solutions that can detect and clean my backups???? money is not an option!! please advise!! thanks

Contact Steven at Rack911.com Security is what they do! They take care of my servers and do a wonderful job, I would recommend them to anyone.

I faced such kind of hacking issues with my website but recovered with help of technical support of host provider.

I wonder what kind of back up system your hosts were providing, back ups of servers shouldn't really be connected in anyway to the server itself, the fact that the hackers could access the back ups from the server is poor security in it of itself. I've heard good things about Rack911 too though, I'd suggest them
