hello all,currently i am reselling shared web hosting.i have got enough customers within a short period.now i have decided to resell dedicated server which is very profitable in my country Bangladesh because here costs are very high.you will surprised to know that most of company resell 50 mb shared hosting at more than 100usd per year! so a reasonable price can catch the customers' mind easily. so guys suggest me some company which should i choose to be a dedi server reseller

my budget is $50-$70 per month. tell me also should i choose uk or usa server?

That all depends. Where would you like to gain clients from, US or UK? $75 that is hard to find a server with cpanel for that kind of price. What are your requirements, like diskspace, bandwidth, RAM, processor etc? I think you need to raise your budget a little to get your server from any reputable hosts. You can try the offer section here, I think it might help you to find one meeting your requirements.

VPS solution is more suitable for $50-$70 budget. USA servers are usually cheaper than UK.

Your budget is reasonable for vps. Rise your budget and think very hard find a dedicated customer in Bangladesh.

If you are looking at "reselling" servers... Have a look at http://www.singlehop.com/ they have a really good setup and easy to use to resell servers. However your budget would need to be increased quite a bit... Otherwise coolhandle.com have an offer on at the moment I think its around $89 per month including cpanel (but buy the license separately, I remember them being extremely expensive licenses!) I'd go with UK2 dedicated servers. They're pretty cheap and have a large affiliate programm so check em out

I think the next logical step for you would be to start offering your clients reseller services. The best way to go about doing this for a person with your type of budget would be to get a VPS (definitely stay away from Master/Alpha reseller plans).
