Hello, I need to know whenever a dns zone is modified, what could be the best way for cPanel?

There is no inbuilt feature, but you can use incron http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/linux-i...e-directories/

Hey thanks, I have come across that, well say using inotify and incron, is there a way to get what exactly been changed ?

You will have to have some kind of version system in place for that. May be a copy of zone files in a different folder, to compare with.
