Online.net, cheap bandwidth, no love for the US

I was told about online.net (the old dedibox.fr) by a long time friend. He said these servers could be grabbed through a reseller. So I did a little research, I found nothing. I know French bandwidth is stupid cheap, and they have these servers priced at about 1/4th of what I pay now. Are the really so strict about keeping these servers within France that they have no resellers?

Why not just ask them?! Seems much easier than trying to google an answer to something may or may not be true.

The google machine just says they dont do international orders, obviously. France is uptight about its bandwidth common sense. But I don't even see resellers within France.
