I want to put SSL in all subdomains (actually there is only 1 at the moment). and the all domain directories. What type of SSL should I buy?

I'd say wildcard SSL certificate, if you want to apply it to multiple subdomains... (wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wildcard_certificate ).

Does the EV SSL also work with subdomains?

You can't have a EV Wildcart cert. you can however have alternative names but you have to know those when you buy the cert. Wildcard *.domain.com Domain.com EV: Domain.com www.domain.com Subdomain.domain.com Depending on where you buy the EV you might have a set number of alternative names. I use StartCom (StartSSL) for my certificates and they allow unlimited alternative names for EV-certs. If you know the names in advance you can go for either but if you plan on adding new subdomains later, buy a Wildcart.

If you are trying to install wildcard ssl you can buy it from any providers Wildcardssl+ev is supported by most of the ssl providers You just need to google for it to find it

You could get a Wildcard EV certificate with GlobalSign. However, prior to buying a certificate you should check which certificate would be suitable for your website, how many domains you want to secure, what is the level of security you want to offer. Typically a Wildcard certificate is advisable if you have four or more domains to protect. For lesser you could have a standard SSL with SAN purchased for the rest.

To accomplish what you have said, go for a wildcard ssl.

You can purchase an EV multi-domain SSL OR an organization validation wildcard SSL
