Vebnest.com is the worst web hosting company I ever encountered. Its costs are very cheap but their servers are very lousy. Almost down every week. Its mail server was down six weeks ago, sending and receiving email is impossible. This problem couldn't be resolved till now. Worst of all, their services are very bad. Whenever you submit a support ticket, they just put you on hold. Nobody bothers to explain what happen and when problem can be resolved. Their online chat is no real, when you raise an issue, they simply left the chat without notice. This web hosting company vebnest.com is cheating its customers. Its email server was down on 03/04/2011 causing us not able to send and receive email. I submitted support tickets quite a few times and contact them via online chat. None of them can resolve the problem, they just put the support tickets on hold for 6 weeks and answer given, no explaination given on what's happening and when they can resolve it. When I tried to contact them over the phone or online chat, they just simply put you on hold and left the chat room immeditely. Now my hosting account with vebnest.com is completely useless as I couldn't use my email for more than a month. I request for a refund. I tried to send a test mail from my gmail account to an email account in your server. ALL email accounts in your server couldn't receive any email. Anti-spam features were not activated in these email accounts. All email accounts have enough disk space to receive emails. My domain is point to server properly. The only reason these email account couldn't receive email is that your server has problem. Pls check your server and do a simple testing by sending a test mail to an email acount in your server, then you will know what happen. Don't think this problem is others' fault and nothing to do with your server. Its shocking experience really. But when you copy paste the logs you put your password on there by mistake and shared that with us, please edit/remove it. Its not secured. I hope next time you will move to reliable host for sure.

Anytime you run into a web hosting company claiming to offer unlimited diskspace with their reseller packages, you can almost always expect to receive bad services. Especially if the pricing is dirt cheap, why? Just like regular shared web hosting accounts, unlimited reseller accounts are more like to attract customers who will be looking to push the invisible limits of the server (thus creating an unstable environment for the websites hosted on that server). PS. I would either change your passwords or contact the mods to have your passwords removed from your post.

Well, at least you learned from this bad hosting experience, with poor supports/customer service. Don't go too fast to host your sites with very cheap reseller costs. I would go for reliable hosting providers (even the price is a bit higher) as long as I could get great server performance, great uptime as well as great supports/customer service. I hope you can move on and find better hosting provider(s) all the best.

What is you budget per month? and what about the disk space and bandwidth you need? Also, have you checked on the WHT's Reseller offer section?

asoncorp, in future I would suggest that you do not actually put the domains which you guys are sending the emails to in forums like this. The reason is because spiders are extremely happy that you do that and do that because they could catch it and well... getting emails means getting spam and etc. Plus it should be left private.

Well I just say good post This kind of issues shows how this companies work With any pretext this company look for cancel your account and keep your money For all those who are begginers please stay away from such companies which offer Unlimited and Chep Hosting Services This companies are alive becuase we are always looking for something good and cheap, but that doesn't exist in the real world If some company has bad reviews no matter what, it shows that the company is not a serious one and/or maybe have unsolved issues with their services And please WHT moderators and admin, please do not allow to bad companies put his advertising here or even WHT is allowing to this bad companies begin part of WHT as premium members WHT is not the reference that used to be, today it is full of fake publicity and bad companies Improve your self WHT Please read the post on other sites like WHS or WHT about some of the offers here and the experience form users with some of the members here, this bad companies even attack to their own customers.

why does it give private info on the IP in your post? from source isn't that a bit flaky? Also if a support agent has the audacity to say "have some patience", it may be time to say "have some other clients" and kick them to the curb... may be it's just me, but that sounded pretty arrogant

I have spent the past two to three months evaluating unlimited space, bandwidth and cPanel account reseller providers: 1) they usually do not honor their canned 30 day money back guarantee 2) their servers crash every couple days and typically without backups 3) and yes they can say TOS violations in a canned message as an excuse to terminate your account and keep the money, expecially annual billing
