I was recently offered a FREE reseller account with wiredwebwork. They offered it to me because I told them I don't choose a host until I can see testimonials from clients, and the site claimed to have them but I did not find them. The owner said their Rate Point account was not working, so they didn't show up. So, he offered me a free reseller, and I WAS thankful, very thankful, until I realized their support was non existant after 4 days. My site gave off 404 errors and I asked kindly at first, then I got a message in their chat system that they were very busy with other people and to leave my email so they could get back to me. I sent support tickets and nothing, I got no response and according to their site response time is 15 min..NOT 15 hours! So I got upset and threatend to leave, then I got the same message again saying they were sorry but they were really busy with other people. What I'm very upset about is the lack of help they don't provide and the fact that my pleas were and have been ignored. Don't fall for the Always Listening bit, because they did not listen to me, or even reply to my emails and tickets. 24/7 service means you need to be there, and not just one agent either! I've worked with a web host before and we always made sure everyone got a response. I need a hosting COMPANY, not a starter hosting "company". If you offer me a free hosting package, at least add in the technical help. I got what I paid for...NOTHING.

Sounds really frustrating for all the time that has apparently been wasted on your part. But then again, you could test them sufficiently and I'm confident you'll find some other host that suits you better, even with real or not so real testimonials.

Elizabeth, Your account has not even been created for four days. The day after creating your account you went on to live chat support which clearly states 9-5 eastern time hours. You then emailed a NON SUPPORT email address(michael@wiredwebwork.com) rather than support@wiredwebwork.com. After three hours of not being responded to you complain for an error that was strictly on your end and not server side. At 1:12 AM this morning you emailed a cancellation email also indicating you would be bashing us online. Then you came online to live chat yet again this morning, after you canceled your account with us. TO be quite honest Elizabeth, if that is your real name, If you're based in Texas why didn't you call any of our support lines? Case should be closed?
