Hello, I tried so many times to login to www.semoweb.com.and it is not working from few hours ago.Anyone have a experience like this before?

Seems like it's down - http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/www.semoweb.com First time seeing it's main site down, any updates from twitter?

hello semoweb.I sent a ticket to your support email about asking a email issue.because that client area is not working.but I did not get a reply for that?

Hello, That is correct, if you submitted a ticket we do not have access to it at this time, we are working on the server which host our billing system, so if you have any urgent support related issues just give us a call we will take care of you.

I can confirm no one is hacking or attacking, its a hard ware related issue which the dc (LiquidWeb) is aware of and working urgently to resolve.

But still unable to open support tickets. When submitting tickets getting following error. How to contact support? I'm from India. I'm unable to reach the telephone number which you provided. Please advise.

Hello, The only way you get this error when submitting tickets is I can assure you its because you are pasting something or typing some type of code etc that is hitting our mod security, email support@semoweb.com and we will see it from there, which will also create a ticket. Also ensure you dial +1 please
