Hey DKIM, RDNS, SPF are configured correctly is it necessary to add MARC record ? if yes, how can i add this to our domain ? (what a stupid ways to send mail, we have to configure thousands of way!)

requirements of DMARC record is dependent on your Email Service Provider, ask them. authentication of email is mandatory to avoid email spam and email spoofing

Do you have WHM and cpanel or just cpanel?

its Directadmin server, there isnt any difference between them i have a admin(root) access

pretty simple to add in records. Just add a text record as follows: first box and or name put: _dmarc For text record put: "v=DMARC1; p=none; sp=none; rua=mailto:name@yourdomain.com; ruf=mailto:name@youredomain.com; rf=afrf; pct=100; ri=14400" Please make sure to use " on the second line. Make sure in the email address you use has the same domain name in it as the domain your trying to do. Example your domain name was test.com than you would use an email address like mailto:dmarc@test.com Give it a couple hours to propagate and you will see it should now pass dmarc. Good way to test is send an email to gmail and show original settings on it and you will see you pass dmarc in the headers. To show you how to do it in gmail use link below than click gmail: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/22454?hl=en If you need to create more for other domains you can use that same setting for all domains. Just make sure you use same email address as domain name.
