How to reseller many end user support hosting?

Hello, I am curious to know if I go with provider A, B, and C. They all provide end user support. How to redirect my client to each help desk? What about one client has many services? Does WHMCS can do to that? Thanks

I dont think you can do this. They would have to contact you in WHMCS or your billing software, then you can on-load it to your provider. Theres a lot of hosts on here which will offer quick support, check them out. - Ashton

I believe this a question that should be directed to the hosts you are looking to sign-up with?

If you wish to maintain your private label then it is best to have your customers come to you and then you redirect them to your provider. It is a little time consuming but will help you keep up your own brand. You may also ask your host if they have a separate desk for their resellers to use where their resold customers can knock in. Some hosts may provide direct discreet support too. You may as well check

Setup a whmcs for billing, invoic, etc and disable whmcs support system, then Install 3 support system on your domain(eg: example.com/a , b, c) and create a support account with your company signature for each provider and send login details to your provider.

I think this a good solution for reseller and provider. On reseller it's pure white label but for provider no need to create anonymous support system...

Some providers offer true white label end-user support. Tickets are forwarded to them via email, when they reply the ticket is updated.

How will the end-user which support system they will use? And which of the 3 support system will be linked to the customer's website? I think that the solution would be to setup the support account to send mail to all 3 companies you would like to use,and instruct them to dismiss any support mail that is not their responsibility.

My personal feeling is if you want to build a business you should be handling this yourself personally. Yes....it will involve the horror of actual doing some work....but if you're not prepared to work you'll go nowhere in this business.

I'm looking for a hosting reseller that will handle end-user support. I'd be psyched if they white label, but I could also live with their hosting brand attached to it. I would like recommendations on the best margin and quality combinations available. Thanks in advance, tj
