Hello, I would assume this dedicated server would work just fine, many people are using vps these days (causing them to slug) with a machine like this with dedicated resources I do not see any issues, also byt the sounds you are just starting out so it should ideally meet your requirements, (assuming) you are just starting out as you are unsure of the expected resource consumption. Good enough amount of memory, cpu is good, go for it!

Are you looking to sell game servers or run them for your personal use?

Sure it will, but it depends on how many players will be connected at the same time.

This setup should run just fine for a startup. When your client base grows so can your server specs

It's more than enough to run the games you have in question. Do you plan on running any game control panel? My concern would be the 100mbit port and latency for the players / customers

If you are using more than 100Mbit on a game server someone should take you out back and shoot you. The hardware specs will be fine to get started, but after you get going I am sure you will be changing them quite a bit. I would not suggest going with desktop model anything and you may run into disk I/O issues with the drives config you listed. The good first 6 months or so will be 100% learning curve and head pounding, next lifetime will be the same with slightly less impact. Good luck to you, you are getting into a industry that requires quite a lot of work and not very much return on investment. It will take you a good 6-12 months before you even break even.
