I'm looking for alternatives to ResellerZoom's Budget plans ($7/mo). I will not be using it to resell hosting, I'm gonna use it for a couple of small sites. Note RZ is good and I have several higher-package accounts with them, I'm just looking to "spread my eggs" instead of putting it all in one basket. Let me know if you can recommend a reliable budget reseller.

The 'spreading your eggs' idea is a good one, one that many don't take seriously enough and end up paying the consequences. You'll find plenty of offers in the offers section of WHT, there's always a great selection to choose between.

If its just a couple of sites have you thought about just using a regular web hosting account? You could use one as your primary and the other as your add-on? Or did you need separate cpanel accounts?

So you want something similar to ResellerZoom's Budget One package? I will be easy to find something like that on a reliable host. do you have any prefer locations that you want the company to be?

Oh yeah, if you can spread the legs I'm sure spreading the eggs is a good idea ------------ I can recommend a few but that's not allowed here just check the offer section.

Stablehost and Stream101 are my suggestions for low-cost reseller plans. Great support, uptime, etc.

Need separate cpanel accounts. US preferred ideally near 10GB disk / 100GB bandwidth, a little lower/higher is OK. Need to host cpanel accounts. US preferred Yes, around that spec and budget.

Maybe contact potential host for custom package. IMO it's difficult to find any provider willing to offer a reseller package at the price of a shared hosting account. Does not matter if you only need little disk space and bandwidth.

I started my own hosting company, and no plans worked for me. I would definitely advise, like you said, contact them for a custom plan.
