should I deny users the ability to bypass my mail server in whm?

In WHM there is a security settings Manage SMTP restrictions Click Enable to deny users the ability to bypass your mail server to send mail. To allow users the ability to bypass your mail server, click Disable. Should I deny users the ability to bypass? What is the side effect? In personal server or in shared hosting ?

Hi, It is necessary to have some block on it. If you are using csf, then you should disable the setting in the WHM and enable SMPT block in csf.
