Setting WHM accounts

Hello i have master reseller with WHMPHP, the problem is that it creates accounts but the account is not WHM account, it is cpanel account. I am using WHMCS, i followed one comment from here that said the trick to get it working is to set it like normal shared hosting package from WHMCS, it sends the reseller welcome e-mail but it just don't creates WHM account it only creates cpanel account... Any ideas?

You can't auto-create reseller accounts at current. It has to be manually changed afterwards

It would be best to ask your host as they'll be more familiar with the setup and have access to your account and so can check things properly.
