Hi, I have also never used any such plugin in the Plesk, but the admin-ahead plugin seems to be a good one. There are very less such alternatives that you will find for a plesk install. I think if you are looking for application like cxs, then admin-admin plugin would be good to start with.

Use mod security than you can configure to scan uploaded files using maldet.

Did you tried to scan it using CXS directory scan option ? You can use cxs command manually eg "cxs /folder/path" ps: i have not tried it yet on plesk
