How can I use PubkeyAuthentication in PuTTY and Filezilla?

Linux OS: CentOS 6 Control Panel: cPanel ==================== csf gives me the error: when I run a scan. I tried this before but couldn't figure it out. I use putty for SSH and also Filezilla for FTP. I'm wondering if I enable this will I still be able to connect with password for FTP? And how can I enable this to easily use in PuTTY?
