| I have a reseller hosting with Gazzin.com I want to ask Gazzin.com why you reply the tickets so late? Normally it takes 24-48 hours.
To my surprise, after replying the ticket I have to waite another 24 hours or 48 hours to get the next reply.Can't you reply the ticket earlier?

| Hi Frank,
We are restructuring our support team with new added brands. PM me your ticket and our staff will be glad to review it. Depending on the difficult of the ticket this may be escalated to a senior staff. Since we went through a weekend this may be the cause of the delay.
