Which one should I select from Eleven2 and turnkey internet if I consider performance, support, reliability and up time? Please suggest.

Dont Ask here, Do a search on WHT and Google Search good and bad reviews about both company and then decide yourself.

If the IP's are being blacklisted then they have been spamming many servers with their advertisements. I don't bash small companies at all, but that is not a good practice. Secondly check out: hosting-reviews-exposed.com great site owner, and very blunt with his reviews. Been through a few companies before and been scammed, please review before you buy and decide to settle down with them. The company you choose affects your clients, be smart and research as much as possible. Best of luck!!

I take it you are aware that one of your own nameserver IP's is on the Barracuda blacklist? 216.59.5.21 (ns101.eleven2.com)

Reviews are what you want, peoples opinions arnt that helpful unless they explain full depth on features. If you google and find a review, you will get most information.

It appears as if our abuse team has already fixed this, we monitor all our IPs for RBL's via some custom scripting we have.

It happens with every hosts who offer shared hosting. There are 3 options in this case, Purchase a dedicated ip, ask them to move your accounts to new server or buy your own VPS or Dedicated servers

Whichever you are more conformable with. Peoples opinions are great, but theres a reason why everyone likes different stuff. You need to make that decission on how you like to run things
