Hello, A client want to send nearly 1000 emails to his subscribes and what is the best method he can use to send the mails without bothering the blacklists. This is a centOS + apache web server. Thank you.

I kinda feel I see this question on a daily basis now Use a third party service such as Mandrill, Sendgrid, Mailchimp... so the chances of your mails reaching the inbox are considerably higher.

Hi Andrei, you mean, -i need to ask my client to not to use our shared server for sending bulk emails, insted, i need to tell them to use a 3rd party service? -what about cpanel email lists?

Well, you don't "need" to ask him, you can suggest this to him, especially if he has to send less than 12k mails per month, it won't cost him anything. If your TOS allow bulk mailing then he can also send from your server, BUT keep in mind your server's IP may end up on some blacklists if his mails are marked as spam... so be very careful with that.
