WP 'There is a new post at..' sends mass email. Afraid of getting blacklisted.

Hello,
we have a news blogger in our shared hosting server having 1000s of subscribers. Every time he make a new post, 1000s of emails are sent to subscribers with the title "There is a new post at..". He seems using the 'webfish email subscription' plugin http://www.webfish.se/wp/plugins/email-subscription.So for exmaple, if he make 10 posts a day, it would be a large number of emails will be sent out. But i am not sure are all this legitimate subscribers. Coz i have some doubt that when he make new posts, my ip seems getting black listed from spamhause, outlook etc.
So can this be a reason for black list? coz my server is free from spaming and havent had any hacks recently. but i am getting ip black list very often.
Please advise.

Get him to install a plugin to move his email sending off your server onto sendgrid or mandrill; then no risk at all to you.
It's unlikely this would cause you problems in any case.

Hi,
Kindly check the subscriber ip address, is it single or multiple, from one country or different country. I know it is time consuming job, but one time you have to do it next day you will get less. You know few days before i had a server where one 100GB bandwidth utilize in just days, after that i found that bandwith got spoiled by few ip ranges, after sorting this issue, my bandwidth issue relax and site performance also got improve.
