I scanned the website http://www.lunademiel.com.pe/ with your scanning tool at https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results...ademiel.com.pe however when I load the site on my browser I see references to xxx-exploiter.me that appears to me like a malware site.

Check the .htaccess file, the site seems to request local resources such as .css or .js files from another domain, without explicitly being told to do so in the html source... so I'm guessing that's being done by the .htaccess Example: this .css file should be loaded locally, but when accessing it directly you're already on the malware site with a 301 redirect. I don't see any references to xxx-exploiter.me, at least not in the home page. Sucuri is reporting this right now: You should update that Joomla asap, you're using an old and not supported version. Make a backup first just in case something goes wrong. Btw, I've noticed that you're on a cPanel server. Ask your provider if they have CXS or maldet installed, so they scan the site.
