Hello, I want to build a web like : popads or adcash, the advertise network for publisher and advertiser, what kind of server I need? this application need to handle big traffic?

Hi, Please provide more information on this. You told about the traffic that is going to come to the server, but you did not mention how many sites you will be hosting on it.
