I am currently have a reseller account and I want to expand my web hosting business, The only problem is I am not available 24/7 so I have been looking around for company's that offer customer support to my customers (outsourced support) only thing is I am looking for a company that I can get the dedicated server managed and support for my clients all in one (instead of going with 2 different company's) I have had 2 support tickets in the last month and have 47 domains hosted... I found a company that will offer server monitoring and customer support for $175 a month but they do not do servers... If anyone could help point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time Patrick

In this hosting industry very less people commit the truth that how many customers they have. Good on you mate. Much appreciable.

I don't think you'll find a company who will provide customer support to YOUR clients. Usually for providers that offer managed services with their dedicated servers, the support is only provided to you (the client). So the only way it will work is if you contact the provider directly unless you have your clients disguised as you then it might just work!

Adam, I was referring to companies that provide servers themselves. Ofcourse, it would work for him if he decides to use an outsourced company. But generally, if you would hosting with us for example, we wouldn't be able to provide support to your clients.
