Reliable provider

Posted by angelos33, 01-22-2013, 11:10 AM
Hi! after i have been reading so many threads about providers in here, and so many different opinions , that make me That is why I decided to start own thread: Budget:30 to 50$location: Europe (dos that really matter?) i have now count with eleven2 (UK), but I have so many problems with slow sites, uptime problems, database connection.....and more (the support tickets i have had with them in one year are more than all my tickets i had in my 20 years in business)at least 100 GB storagea reliable provider ( from you inexperience and not of what they say)LiteSpeed serverWHMCS and CpanelPrivate NameserverSSL I am going to use it only for my clients and not for just hosting and overselling, that is why security and speed is the most important Don't tell me about VPS, it take too much energy and time Thanks!

Location matters. If your target clients are Only from Europe, then i would say to buy a reseller from netherlands, germany. If you want clients from UK, then i say buy from uk providers only. Anyway, 50$ budget - 100GB Storage, cPanel/WHM, Good uptime and speed. I know only from Romania, if you are interested, but depends on were you live, it will have ping some were around 40-50mms to france for example or uk. despregazduire[dot]ro/reseller/reseller-gazduire Reseller 100GB - 100gb storage, unlimited bandwidth, 250 cpanel accounts, unlimited mysql, subdomains, domains, emails, dedicate ip, and more you need. there servers are in romania, they are reliable, i had accounts from there, they are very good.

I do not own that site. Its a company from my country were i had accounts few years ago and i was really happy with the support, uptime and site speed. No, they dont have english version of that site. There server is located in Romania. I dont think they use LiteSpeed.

Location really doesn't matter as much is it is hyped or unless you are doing some bandwidth intense operations like streaming, gaming or some rich web application in which case you would prefer to have your server at a location closer to your target audience. In most cases for a general website/blog etc the difference is negligible to the common user.

geekstorage.com is a great provide with litespeed I forgot where their servers are located but where ever you go you'll still get fast speeds. GeekStorage is a reliable provider I've used them for reseller hosting in the past and they also include free billing script on most plans I think its cientexec is what they offer for free with their reseller plans.. Their support is great and fast they have good information in their support response tickets. I would go with them over anyone else any day.

http://surpasshosting.com might be worth a look, they're part of HostDime. Not sure if they run Litespeed or not, but would fit the rest of your requirements.

Thank you for the referral, DWS2006! Surpass shared servers do not run LiteSpeed by default, however, any VPS or Dedicated server is indeed capable of running LiteSpeed and it is something which Surpass supports on those platforms. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions!

thank you DWS2006 and even Marcos for the answer, what do you mean "not run LiteSpeed by default"?

Thanks But there ultimate plan is just (40 GB Performance Storage 400 GB Premium Bandwidth,Host up to 80 accounts):-(

LiteSpeed is not part of the HostDime/Surpass shared hosting configuration (we standardize all shared server deployments in terms of hardware and software) so you'd not be able to take advantage of LS on a shared or reseller server. With a VPS or Dedicated Server, however, you can fully customize the environment to fit your specific needs meaning there are no issues installing LS on a VPS or Dedicated Server. Hope that helps

Why don't you take a look at other providers as well?

It appears people have neglected the OP's request for a European datacenter location, LiteSpeed, 100+GB, and <$50. That's a tough nut to crack, but here are a few: veeble.org, ghesi.com, hostaddon.com, altushost.com. Keep in mind, triple-digit amounts of storage in a reseller plan is pushing the boundaries of vps/dedicated alternatives. Some fully-managed VPS accounts may be able to provide similar performance reseller shared performance, without as many resource limitations. EvoRack and ScopeHosts come to mind there. Best of luck.

Thanks for all your comments, but it would be great ( no matter price) if somebody share his own (positive)experience of those providers
