MyResellerHome not paid WHM license fee all sites down

This is just another example of the multitude of problems at MyResellerHome.com I think they have a clone site M2hosting.
Same exact site and layout.
Today all my sites do not exist WHY?
Login into WHM I see this set up page:
"In order to access the interface, you will need to make sure that the software license on this server is active and installed.
Your license could not be activated because:
Unactivated License File
First, go to http://verify.cpanel.net/ and enter the public IP address of this server to make sure it is licensed.
If licensed, try running /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt from the command line as root.
You'll also need to make sure that port 80 is open to contact our license server and that your server's hostname is a FQDN.
If you don't currently have a license, you can obtain a trial license by registering at the cPanel Store and requesting a trial under Free Services.
You can purchase/lease a license directly from cPanel or from one of our Partners"
What is this they did not pay the license fee?
A hosting company not paying the license fee for the whm and cpanel?
This is unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!
I have to get out of there.
Until then must just wait for them to pay their bill and install their license.

Have you checked your server IP on http://verify.cpanel.net/ you can see since what time the license was install. It happen sometimes with some major hosts as well where cPanel licensed are purchases as an external license.

I did not have a chance to check that the server is back online. Thanks for the info I was not aware that is common. Its just that I have so many problems there this one made my head explode!
All is well for the time being.
Server was down for 5 hours according to no activity in my logs.
They disabled url get file contents on me for my live news feeds I scrape from cnn.
So what I use curl instead.
I dont think they can disable curl. If so I use fsockopen and write to file then rip from file.
WHT rules!

I wouldn't say that a host forgetting to pay licensing and domain fees is common, but it has been known to happen occasionally. It's not really something I find acceptable, but accidents do happen.

I have used some very reputable providers in the past and they have not paid the WHM license fees. I don't think this is anything major just an oversight. Did you contact support about the license?

There are instances where even when a license is paid for it gets suspended in error. In an attempt to save a few $$, many hosts will purchase their cp license not from cPanel but from a third party cpanel partner, this can increase the chances of a licensing error. Your host might not even be directly at fault here.
