To offer free SSL certificates you either need to get them for free from your provider or you need to factor in the cost of the SSL. I think the UK2 group offer free SSL certificates with selected packages.

I dont think you understood my query,i have enom reseller account for reselling ssl's and i already set them up individually to their products.I just need to configure my hosting product to have a free ssl so that when my client orders a hosting plan he should automatcally showed free ssl on checkout.

When configuring product's within a product bundle, enable the price override feature for the SSL certificate and mark it down to $0.00. This will make the SSL free for the client at checkout when they choose the product bundle. Alternatively if you don't want to use product bundles, create a promotional code that you advertise on your website that is valid for use on SSL certificate when purchasing specific plans you select. Either way will work.

They simply are including the cost of the SSL into the cost of the IP you need for it to work, Theirs nothing clever about it just a marketing term to make you think your getting something for free when in theory your not...

No, there are packages where a dedicated IP doesn't cost extra and you can then install a free SSL on to it. Having said that, given the IPv4 shortages there are less of these packages to be had, once IPv6 becomes more common they'll be back.

No such thing as a free cup of tea in this world everything comes at a cost somewhere within. The privilege to offer such thing's comes with either bundling the cost or simply having mass allocations in order to buy down the cost. They likely do both of these, They bundle the price because on an average of X per account or package whatever. Then they likely have their own IP allocations which buys down the cost of IP space and since they are mass provisioning SSL's they get a decent rate on them. The cheapest SSL you can buy is like $9/Year so all a provider needs to do is add some $0.90 to their IP pricing then they can advertise: "We offer free unlimited SSL's" Then in the small print put: "With every IP purchase we provide a free SSL" Theirs no rocket science behind these type of offers from UK2 or any provider for that matter.

Spot on. They know their margins might take a slight hit but it ties you in so they'll make that back if you stay longer.
