Surpass Hosting - Run like forest

By far the WORST hosting ever, I latterly spent an entire weekend trying to transfer a clients database & website changes up and down.
Server randomly disconnected when trying to download a database and the website, even worse when uploading it look close to 2 hours to get a semi stable connection. I even went to my office to see if was my home connection.
Their Tech Support (Good on paper type guys) is a complete joke; blamed it on my computer and my connection how could it be? tried 2 locations same issue it's pretty clear they are overselling or have crappy hardware?
Just a heads up stay far and AWAY!

Hmm, I would send an email to e.v@hostdime.com and ask him to look into what's going on.
Did you view it from 2 different connections on the same computer or on different computers?

We pulled their site data and everything else and moved to a better provider. Can't have hiccups like that and a support crew who knows nothing..

If both of the machines are taking the same route to the DC then you'll experience the same issue.
You should of done a trace route to see what was going on...

I apologize for any issues you have experienced, there seems to be something clearly not right here. We get many new clients a day which don't have these kind of issues.
