Domain n hosting reselling and integration

Hello, I am a non IT guy so have some query. I have chosen reseller.biz for reselling domains and hostgator / netearthone / internetbs.net for reselling hosting so far. I am still researching. I was also recommended godaddy by few. Dont know though. My query is if if I resell domain from one company and hosting from another company then would I be able to integrate it all together on my site - myhostingcompany.com ? Or should I resell domain and hosting from the same company ? Also in terms of branding with my own company logo and everything which would be a good combination ? What combination of companies are you guys using for reselling domains and hosting ? If it makes any difference in pricing or any other way.. I live in India. P.S. Sorry if posted in the wrong section.. didnt knew whether to put in the domain or hosting reselling section.

You can use netearthone to register your domains and use these domains with any hosting account on any server - it does not matter who provides the reseller account. All you have to do is change the domain nameservers to the ones provided with the reseller account and allow 24 hours for the changes to propagate and everything should work fine.

GoDaddy? No. Never. Stay far far far away from them. NetEarthOne, ResellerCLub, Enom and all good providers for domain reselling. Yes, you can. Just use WHMCS as your billing system.

GoDaddy isn't that good but the could get the job done when needed. Also you could use a domain reseller with company A and have company B for the hosting it does not matter.. you may want to get a billing script, something like whmcs they are very good and their features forget about it. Their costs are affordable and the overall layout is neat. You should try looking into getting whmcs as your billing script.

thank you for clearing my doubts. As for WHMCS, i saw a lot of hosting resellers providing brandable whmcs included in the package so i think that is covered. i have one more doubt. what kind of site is needed to run this thing. I mean can i build a wordpress site and integrate everything in there or use site builder to build a site and integrate from there. Its only that i can work with wordpress cause its easy. dont know programming and coding so will have to hire a professional designer ? how to set it up ? thanks for the time and support

Why get involved in selling hosting when you have no IT experience? I don't get it.

If you are asking about CMS script, then Joomla is one of the most popular & easiest. However, Wordpress is more of a chronological blog. Try both demos to determine what you need.
