about a month ago i had him do some security work including a kernel upgrade, it was my fault for doing it but i paid him when he said it was "done" without checking the server, i immediately then noticed my sites getting errors and the loads were triple what they were before his "work" , i pursued this in support tickets and multiple email addresses for over a week, he simply just quit replying to me, i ended up getting another management company to clean up his mess, and he never even upgraded the kernel , money wasted, lesson learned

Please pm me your email address / name. I am interested as to who you are.
Unless a source kernel is specifically requested, one is not performed. I am a stickler with kernels, if its secure i wont upgrade if its not I will.
I am interested if one of you two is the person who I keep getting bouncebacks in my email after several times trying to contact you.
