Hi All, I have been a client of Eleven2 and supporter for their support. Now there is a problem on my server. Today their livechat is disabled and there is no support reply on helpdesk more than 4 hours now. Does anybody face the same issue? Anybody out there at Eleven2?

Not really. Yankee down again today, no backups for the accounts - heading to lots of issues. What happen to support team? It was top-notch. All I receive is sorry for inconveniences now after 5 hours waiting. Whats really happening?

Nobody to answer livechats, no reply on their helpdesk - really feeling helpless at this stage. I am really unsure what happen to these guys. This was not the situation before. Something is wrong with Eleven2 team. Anybody experiencing issues with E2?

Our live chat and helpdesk are both online, fully staffed, and working fine. WHT is not our helpdesk, and if you are having issues, it is best that you work directly with our team using those avenues.

I left them. Lot of downs in UK server. My suggestion: search another.

i feel eleven2 first year it was ok when i was on USA server ,then i started seeing slowness i asked them to move to Singapore server as all my sites are in sg first few months was excellent..trust me it was really good last 6 months some issue or other ..last 10 days has been a nighmare . the support staff is good but somehow they donot resolve the issue just close the tickets.and say senior admins looking at it im on Yankee server in singapore ..and let me tell you it as been a nighmare for me for last 10 days.. the server / sites goes off for one reason or other either they have over subscribed on this server or there is something seriously wrong here. still now all our sites are down .best thing they do is open a network thread ..and put fever updates..so ur lsost whats really going on. worst same issues repeats again and again.packet loss or file system full if not them then its ddos attach i feel sad even while posting this ..until now i was recommending you guys but you used to be one of the good ones but now ur really bad.

Are you still in yankee. For this month you will experience 2 week continuous down time .. Hahahaa .. I being in small hosting business for 7 year.. First time I got this. I was plan to move all my account to this top-notch .. But end up, my client is start leaving me ..

Eleven2 horrible especially Yankee. Yup this few weeks has been horrible. Everytime my server down, they will email me a marketing email about their new VPS. Seems like a devious plot.
