Hello: Why am I unable to reach SkyNetHosting Tech Support. It has been two days. Their links do not work, their web site does not open in any browser. Any answers will be helpful.

Hmm, it seems I can get to both their main site and support desk. Have you tried connecting or emailing them through another computer/IP?

If you search the WHT forum you will SkyNetHosting is active and even provided a personal email address of steve[@]skynethosting.net if you have concerns. Are you goingto http://skynethosting.net/ ?? It works for me.

Same as above, I'm able to connect to their main site just fine. Possibly you have been firewalled by them?

Works here. If email has been your only contact channel thus far, double-check for successfully sent messages and that your spam filtering hasn't been tagging false positives. Also, it could be a temporary routing issue... Flush your DNS cache and clear/refresh all browser data as well. Lastly, try a different ISP if you can.

Good to hear that you are able to access our site after resetting the router Were you not able to access all our websites at once? normally even if you get blocked on one site you should be able to reach us using another site as we host our help desk, main site, member aria and the forum separately.

A lot of people should do a lot of things before making threads here... like perform due diligence before they buy. But alas, that's why the forums are so great for learning.
