In WHMCS when I try to accept an ordered hosting package so that it is created, I get the error.. "Unable to get the cPanel theme. Please check the the reseller owns his main account" Also, when trying to import domain accounts from WHM into WHMCS I get this error: "Connection Error Couldn't resolve host '' (Code 6) - Check IP/Blocked Firewall Ports" I have logged in to WHM and can manually make an account, also on the Master reseller CP and can make an account there fine too. Any ideas what I could try to do to resolve this? Thanks

Are you a Root user or just a Master Reseller user?

If the WHMCS install on the same server as WHM? Else allow the other server's IP though the firewall.

usually sometimes whmcs time out for execute but actually the hosting account was created. have you take a look at whm is it successful created or not. if didn't would you check all the necessary whmcs module need for execute like hostname, username and password is it filled correctly or not. try to change hostname with your server IP not by domain also maybe anyone else here will help suggest you more better also.

I never see time out issue when creating hosting account from WHMCS. Most likely the server is oversold so it takes too long to create a hosting account.

Thanks for all your help so far. Here is where I'm at now: I go to the frontend of the website, and place a test order for a hosting package and select bank transfer as payment method. I then login to the WHMCS admin and try to accept the order. However it gives me the following error: "Order Accept Encountered Problems Input is missing" I'm not sure what input is missing.. In the package module setting, the disk space, bandwidth, nameservers etc are the same ones as in WHM and WHM Package Name is exactly the same with the underscore between the username and the package(companyname_Starter) Trying to import accounts still gives the same error... "Connection Error Couldn't resolve host '' (Code 6) - Check IP/Blocked Firewall Ports" Any ideas?

The above is now fixed. The problem was ResellerClub cannot accept .com demo registrations, so tried with .in and it worked.... However, no accounts are appearing in WHM when being accepted and created in WHMCS!
