i have had nothing but problems with this provider since i have been with them. I can not afford for my service to go down. I need a decent solution that possibly offers cloud.

What kind of problem you are having with them? Maybe your site is getting too much traffic that reseller hosting can't handle anymore?

You mean web host maker.com? I wouldn't recommend them. Cheap reseller hosting is always unreliable and I have read a lot bad reviews about them...

I wouldn't trust these guys either they seem a bit to cheap how they offer resellers at such a price with those specs.

what you need is not cloud! you need a good provider. Something that don't offer unlimited everything for few bucks is a good place to start with.

Have you contacted your provider to see what is happening?
I hope you have a habit of keeping backups of your websites, just in case anything goes wrong and your data becomes irreversibly irretrievable.
As others have mentioned, a host offering "unlimited" of something usually raises some flags which you should be duly concerned about. It may feel good to have a service with unlimited resources, however there is just a much higher risk of resources being oversold on their servers and this will always lead to performance issues.

What kind of issues are you experiencing with them? If it's downtime, what is the cause of it? Have you tried contacting your provider?
