Hi, I just wanted to share my experience with cliffsupport. They have been helping me out with my server for the last 3 days without me even complete the payment. I had an issue with spammers and in need to find an admin to solve the issue. After exchange emails with their sales (Benny), i told him i cant make the payment until i sort my credit card with my local bank. So he just said i can make the payment later and they'll go ahead with the server. I was stunned. They have remove the malicious scripts, hardened the server and it has been confirmed by my isp abuse dept that the issue has been resolved. I recommend them. Kudos

Glad the hear about your experience with cliffsupport. They are doing pretty well to keep their client satisfied.

I've hear good things about cliffsupport.com before. Never used them myself though. What are their costs like?

I Never use cliff support but thanks for sharing. I am quite scared of hacker and I want to find a new management too.

Anyone know if cliffsupport are still alive? Their support system seems to be ignoring my tickets for some reason??!

Their website seems to be online so I'm assuming they're still here Have you tried contacting them? They have a Live Chat function on their website now and I just tried and was able to speak with a representative.

Tried that: "There are no operators available at the moment. If you would like to leave a message, please type it in the input field below and click "Send" button" also sent to their sales email adress... maybe this will help...

I can vouch for CliffSupport. Had used them in the past extensively. Simply great!

Back online with Cliffsupport, seems a database glitch knocked out our support account... I Can also add to the positive recommendations by the way, great and usually very quick support with Cliffsupport. Highly recommended!

Yes, it was a temporary issue. Should be fine now.
