I require reseller plan. - WHM / 40 Gb Space / 2 Tb Transfer / Unlimited Domains - Own IP for sending Emails - $21 USD/mo (or larger) Now I have two reseller plans with shared IP. The IP is often blacklisted. Any suggestions?

Do you have a location preference or any other features you'd like so see? Is the mail issue the major concern here? Perhaps you'd be more interested in a company that filters outgoing mail?

Why do you need such a high amount of transfer in comparison to a low amount of disk space? You will probably struggle to find a good provider within your budget for them specifications.

You're right: 800 Gb Transfer

I imagine this is why:

Does your provider say why IP is blacklisted? Is it something in your reseller account causing blacklist or some other reseller on the server?

For anything decent at all, I would suggest paying a little more for the disk and you may struggle with the bandwidth, any specific reason? Have you actually checked your current usage stats? What is the specific usage? Emails or mainly websites? I would say shop around but really, your specs vs budget seems a little off

There must be a reason why it keeps on blacklisted. Are you sending spam emails?

Either that or poorly maintained / monitored servers with too many spammers on there not being shot

Your budget is fairly enough for what you need just ask them to setup the IP such that it is shared between all your sub-accounts. The IP being blacklisted looks like some serious spam outgoing from that server, ask them to move you to a different server and see if that fixes things.

bierlayus, look for a provider with outbound mail filtering (SpamExperts, etc.), this will help keep shared IPs clean.

Have you consider using Amazon's Simple Email Service (SES), this way you don't have to worry about IP getting black listed. Just make sure you are sending a legit email every time and it should be good. http://aws.amazon.com/ses/

40GB storage, 2TB transfer with dedicated IP all for just $21/month is just too good to be true if that's what your actual storage/transfer usage is anyway. And you want a dedicated IP to be included too. May way to increase your budget a little and just get a VPS instead as service should be more reliable then.

Your requirements are unrealistic when taking into consideration your current budget.

well, when other things seems to appropriate, I believe your IP is getting blacklisted because of too many emails being sent. Just check out with your provider what the company has to say about it. Good Luck
