Hi, 24x7servermanagement.com seems just the service I'm looking for. However I can't seem to find any real feedback from their customers (other than the 3 vague and unprovable testimonials on their website). Can anyone provide an insight into the quality of their services? Thanks very much.

Hello, i used them to recovery data from HDD to Cpanel and they do a great jobs.

In response to your question about 24x7servermanagement.com, these guys are nothing less than amazing. If you have a problem they are there within seconds. No, I am not exaggerating when I say seconds. I have been using them for about 1.5 years now and I do not think I have waited more then 30 seconds to get a response when I MSN message them. They are right on top of issues with my server whenever there is a problem. I would recommend this team to anyone. Another thing I would like to point out, I use a Content Management System (CMS) web site and recently they have added a CMS specialist to their team. If you are a Joomla or other CMS web site user, then you will know all the security issues that arise from using it. When this happens and someone gains access to my web site, 24x7servermanagement.com team is right on top of it securing the site & the breach location, so it does not happen again. not recommend this company, do not waste time and money with me, very poor support and no education, there are better options in WHT

Well I guarantee you have never used these guys before, because I have used them tons and they are always there and I am yet to find a problem they could not solve. I am even looking now and there are 2 MSN users from their support team logged in waiting for someone who needs help. I messaged for the heck of it and said anyone there and they responded in 24seconds, so I do not know what company you are talking about, but these guy are the best. Also, if you read your post properly in English you are actually telling people not to waste time and money with YOU. When you us the word me, that means you are referring to yourself. So this post is basically saying you are the one that does not know what he is talking about. I would have to guess you are one of their competition and you want to try make them look bad.... Someone with 100-200 posts (6 months old member) mind posting a review? All this bashing and praising by members who just signed up with less than 5 posts makes it all the more fishy... not that I am suspecting anything here.

Hi , i have been using their service for about 2 months , during those 2 months i have been though 2 migrations due to the Hypervm issue and there were able to complte those 2 migrations with out issues , plus i have having issues with the CSF firewall and not even the provider was able find the issue , they did found that i was missing some iptable modules , they are extremely profecional . now my server is rock solid. i recomend them . they know why they keep their costs so low , because they are sure once you see the quality of their service you will stay with them for as long as you remain in the bussines.

You are right I am new here and most likely no offence to this site (it is handy), but I will not be making many other posts. I was simply replying to the one post I happen to run across that was about a company I use. As you can see prorank(dot)ca is my company and I have a few hosting servers. Although, when I get a spare moment I think I may try getting some testimonials about my services, from my clients, maybe it will help bring me in more business. We can all use more business. My suggestion, if you do not find anyone here that knows them, is to request that they give you a free trial for a week or something and during that time, you can randomly make a request of them and see for yourself how fast they get it done. Just a thought anyhow. I wish you all a fantastic day. I hope I didn't break any rules with my site being listed, I just wanted to prove I was a legitimate hosting company not just someone posting for fun. Take care all, good luck with your choice. Steve
