Hawk Host three year review

I had intended to post yearly reviews of my experiences with Hawk Host after my initial four month review but where does the time go! The short version; simply outstanding! The longer version as to why; I host six websites for some friends and non-profits. After several bad experiences with hosting providers, I ran across Hawk Host on this forum and contacted them about setting up an account. Tony B. offered me a great deal so I set up a reseller account on a reoccurring discount package. They had all six of my Wordpress sites transferred within hours. The DNS propagated quickly and in an evening's time I went from a hosting nightmare to what seemed to be a hosting paradise. By moving my WP site's to Hawk Host servers, the largest of the sites experienced a faster load speed of 2.8 seconds. Over the last three years can honestly say I have not experienced any downtime. During this time HH decided to consolidate and move all their reseller accounts to their Dallas servers, which for me resulted in another small increase in website load speed. Later, they increased the server's ram, which again resulted in a slightly faster load time. As for support, I couldn't ask for better service. I have submitted about a dozen support tickets over the course of three years with most of them being about how to do something I couldn't figure out. Everyone has been answered quickly and usually resolved within ten to fifteen minutes. Yes, even those late Sunday night on a holiday weekend type of support tickets receive the same fast, courteous attention. The support staff are real problem solvers. Tony and his staff have done a great job of providing quality web hosting and support and have certainly earned my future business. If you're in the market for quality hosting provider, I highly recommend you check them out, like I did three years. Steve (Website not listed but verified by the Moderator)

Coudn't agree more. I have been using their reseller service for years now and could not be happier.

Glad to hear your experiences. I believe this is the second positive review I have read about them in the past 1-2 weeks, they certainly are doing a good job!

whats average respond time by ticket? i signed up 2months ago but i canceled it since they didn't deliver account detail in 5hours Last edited by artetatu; 02-28-2014 at 01:50 AM.

Did you contact their sales team? maybe your order was marked as fraud.

Techive makes a valid point! Sign ups are automated and sent out automatically to the registered email with all the new account information, unless their system flags the request as questionable. In reference support tickets, once logged into your account and a support ticket is created HH has the ticket assigned to a staff member and within five to ten minutes they respond. Their response time to a ticket after the initial confirmation email is outstanding. Steve

Speaking for everyone at Hawk Host I simply want to say thank you. All of our guys work extremely hard and these types of compliments go a long way. I don't want to derail the original purpose of this thread but this should be addressed. It's impossible to say for sure why there was a delay but there are a number of reasons this could have happened. If you're interested in specific details just PM me your order/invoice # and we'll sort it out.

I am yet another satisfied customer. I just paid for my fourth year there. No problems what so ever. If you were on the fence about Hawk Host, just do it.

From the 4 or tickets submitted this year,signed up late last year, always got response from real person who had clearly read and understood my issue is less than 30 minutes. Automated reply with ticket ID comes in a minute after submission.
