I've been in the web hosting business since 2000. And I have been using ICDSoft for quite a number of years. I've lost count actually. One certain feature I like about them is that I can choose the location of the data centers (US, Hong Kong and Germany) where I want to put my sites in. Depending on where your business is located, the location of the server does make a difference in the download speed of your website. All of my clients are based in Asia and their site visitors are from Asia too. Therefore, choosing Hong Kong for the data center is actually a plus for me. Beside the ability to choose the locations of my servers, what impresses me the most is the time they take to respond to my support ticket. It's usually LESS THAN 5 MINUTES! No, it's not a typo. It's really that fast! And ever since, I'm spoilt by them! As for server uptime, so far I've no complaints. I can't remember (or maybe didn't notice) any single incident when my sites were down. The only gripe I have with them is the inability to host multiple domains, which some of my clients require. And for this lack, I have switched to Servint (which I will give a review later) and migrated some of my clients to the new VPS account I acquire from them. But I'm sure it's pretty hard to find a company that can beat ICDSoft's super fast response time. And I'm going to miss it. If you guys are looking for a web hosting provider to host your company site, I strongly suggest ICDSoft. Blessings, Melvin Neo
