Hi, First of all let me tell you that I have dealt with almost 8 management admin's before We3cares so, I really can define the good management from the medium management and the bad one. We3cares simply amazed me within the last 2 months, they just act and take care of my servers as if I was taking care for my server my self. From my long experience with management companies, they just start with you a good/excellent work, then start to look 4 new clients, so the response time get longer and longer by the time. At We3cares I can see that they get faster by the time. I didn't expect to have initial response at the other companies at less than 1 minute, at We3cares this is the resolution time (yes 1 minute) they fixed most of my issues at only one minute which I still can't figure out how they did. They even understand what i wanna say even though I wrote some very bad English. I'm very comforted at this very honest fast experienced management and I think I will have along relationship with them. Mena S. Hostk.net

support through AIM so , i dont have written tickets to take screen shots from no , just member newly joined this forum! does it mean every premium user has high credibility?! strange post and doesn't have any relation to the thread .

Also to note does We3cares provide support in whatever language is on the site hostk.net. Not putting a downer on this. But surely we3cares does not need to waste time with fake reviews to get some credibility (:

It looks Arabic. But we can change the lang into english. I dont think the support we3cares gave has anything to do with the language, isn't it?

verdictjosh, Thanks for your time. I thought of not replying to this thread, but it comes fake on my name I should do. I wonder, how can you consider this as a fake review. Have you checked Mena's website? It is registered around 6 months ago. Do you mean, If its a Arabic site then only we need to provide support via Arabic? Please check all these domains, they all are belong to her. http://hostk-extra.com/ http://hostk.net/ http://hostk.info/ Does that mean, only members with 1000 posts should post reviews? She has mentioned his website in the signature which is more than enough to have the verification. If you need, I can ask her to PM you her server IP. Yes I have and in 6 months would it be far to say 8 management companys. That would be a change of 1.3333333333333333333 changes per month. Not including the fact it may have been a month or so before the domain actually launched. just mentioned an Arabic site as the primary domain name mate Haha you are funny mate

Revision she claims to have been with you for 2 months so that would be 2 changes per month not including the fact it may have been a month or so before the domain actually launched.

Again, you are not investigating things clear dude. Please check whois result of hostk-extra.com. She is in to bussiness from 2006. Totally around 3 years. Name Server: NS1.HOSTK.US Name Server: NS2.HOSTK.US Status: clientTransferProhibited Updated Date: 24-jan-2009 Creation Date: 27-sep-2006 Expiration Date: 27-sep-2011 Does changing 8 companies in 3 years is wrong? Its not my mistake, its mistake of the server management companies. I told, I can ask her to PM the server IP to you for verification.

Well, I am not funny. I am serious. To be frank, reviews are the awards for the hardworking of techs and I am sure you too can understand that.

Verdictjosh, Have you check my earlier explanation and it says as 3 years in business. Even my membership at WHT is from 2008.

Off course, he have checked only the first domain and not the further ones which I have mentioned.
